1. Every person that test drives a new 2008 Chevy Malibu at Dale Earnhardt Chevy will be entered in our drawing.  At the end of the month we will randomly draw one name to win.

2. Every person that test drives a new 2008 Chevy Malibu at Dale Earnhardt Chevy will also receive a clue.  The last Saturday of every month (Jan.-Nov.) a new 2008 Chevy Malibu will be parked outside a local business in the Newton Conover area.  Successfully use the clue to figure out the location.  The first one to call in at 828-465-3251 at 9am and read off the code that is listed on the dash will win!  Clues and rules are Here.

IF YOU DON'T WIN, YOU MAY COME BACK, TAKE A TEST DRIVE AND RE-ENTER EVERY MONTH.  BUT IF YOU DO WIN YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO WIN THE MONTHLY CONTEST AGAIN.

EVERYONE WHO PURCHASES A NEW 2008 MALIBU FROM DALE EARNHARDT DURING THE COURSE OF 2008 WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY ELIGIBLE TO ATTEND OUR YEAR END EVENT TO WIN A NEW MALIBU OR HAVE THEIRS PAID OFF

At the end of the year we will hold a Winner's Dinner with food fun and prizes in the Trophy Room at Dale Earnhardt Inc. in Mooresville, NC!  All our our monthly winners will be invited to attend.  Also, everyone who purchased a new 2008 Malibu during the course of 2008 from Dale Earnhardt Chevrolet will be invited to attend as well.  We will draw for a winner.  The winner will be able to select their color combination of a new 2008 Chevrolet Malibu LS or if they have already purchased they can have theirs paid off up to the cost of a LS!

No purchase is necessary to be entered into the event to win the monthly $100 gas card or the new 2008 Malibu LS.  You must be over the age of 18.  In order to be eligible to win the monthly $100 gas card, the participant must test drive a new 2008 Chevy Malibu at Dale Earnhardt Chevrolet before the date of the monthly drawing/hunt.  To be eligible to win the 2008 Chevy Malibu LS the person must be a monthly winner of the $100 gas card or purchase a new 2008 Chevy Malibu at Dale Earnhardt Chevrolet between the dates of 1/1/08 - 12/20/08.  The monthly winners will receive a gas card in the amount of $100 good towards the establishment of Dale Earnhardt Chevrolet’s choosing.  If you do not win the monthly contest you may come back, take another test drive and re-enter again.  But if you are a winner you are not eligible to win another monthly contest.  The winner of the year end event will be able to order and pick their color combination of a new 2008 Chevy Malibu LS.  If the winner has already purchased a Malibu they may opt to receive a new 2008 Chevy Malibu LS or have their current car paid off up to the invoice amount of a new 2008 Chevy Malibu LS.  Employees of Dale Earnhardt Chevrolet or their immediate families are not eligible to win.  Dale Earnhardt Chevrolet reserves the right to adjust the rules of this contest as is needed during the life of the contest.  The judgement of a qualified representative (manager or marketing associate) is the final say in any dispute or claim.
